To help plan the funeral service you want, we offer a tailor-made funeral service.

This package is for the Hearse and limousine/s to arrive at the house or an address and transport the family to the funeral venue and return to an address of their choosing.

This includes everything you require to create a dignified and personalised funeral.

During the arrangement meeting we will discuss all options and offer services accordingly.

The additional services we can offer vary in cost. We will guide you through the prices and a written estimate of charges will be given following the arrangement.

A deposit of disbursement costs (known at the arrangement) are required before the funeral.

This includes everything required to create a dignified and personalised funeral:

• Personal attention from one of our professional funeral arrangers.
• Arrangements, administration and co-ordination.
• Arrangements of all documentation.
• Bringing the deceased into our care.
• Care, preparation and holding of the deceased.
• Choice of coffin from our brochure (at an additional cost) – including traditional veneered oak, wicker/seagrass or colourful picture coffins.
• Viewing in our private Chapel of Rest.
• Deceased to be dressed in own clothing as per family request – if required.
• Choice of officiant.
• Date and time to suit the family – subject to availability of third parties.
• Provisions of Hearse and Chauffeur.
• Provision of limousines if required.
• Funeral Director to lead the funeral and provision of professional bearers.
• Donations box to be put out at the funeral venue if required.
• Digital death announcement on our Obituary page if required.

Disbursements charges and additional services we can arrange.

These charges are added to the Funeral Director’s charges and will be itemised on the final account.

• Church fees if applicable.
• Crematorium/Cemetery fees.
• Officiant fees.
• Floral tributes.
• Order of Service cards or any other funeral stationery.
• Cremated remains options including caskets, scatter tubes and memorial keepsakes.
• Newspaper announcements.
• Any other personalisation or third-party costs.
